A classically juniper-forward gin from the Lancashire-based Brindle Distillery, produced with a big focus on sustainability and general eco-friendly goodness. They either locally source or simply grow the raw materials used in the gin. They sustainable and ethically source botanicals from around the world. They heat their still (dubbed Maggie) with renewable energy biomass boilers. The put any waste or byproducts to good use on the farm either as cattle food, chicken bedding or compost. All excellent stuff - it also helps that the gin is wonderful, too!
